We were looking for a home in SW Florida while living in Mi. We contacted Marbelis through Zillow. She turned out to be not only a great agent but also a fantastic person. She spent a lot of time with us on the phone, emails and texts sharing her knowledge of the area and getting to know us and what type of property we were looking for. She developed a list of 40 properties for us to look at. When we flew to Fl. For a week to see properties Marbelis had everything organized and spent several full days showing us the properties. We found exactly what we were looking for and Marbelis guided us through the entire process from the initial offer through closing.
